Virtual Horse-Guided Coaching — Booking Terms
By booking a session, you agree to the following:
Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of booking. The price shown at checkout is final and includes any applicable taxes.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your session and we’ll happily move you to a new time at no charge.
- Cancellations or reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before your session are non-refundable and non-transferable.
No-Shows
If you don’t join your session and haven’t been in touch beforehand, it’s treated as completed and is non-refundable.
Late Arrival
Sessions end at the scheduled time regardless of when you join, so we can honour the time booked by the next client and the herd’s schedule.
If We Need to Cancel
Occasionally a session may need to be rescheduled on our end — animal welfare, weather, illness, or a technical failure at the ranch. If this happens, you’ll be offered a full refund or a new session time, whichever you prefer.
The Nature of This Work
This is coaching, not therapy or medical treatment, and isn’t a substitute for professional mental health or medical care. We don’t guarantee specific outcomes — what emerges is different for everyone. You agree that you are and will remain responsible for your own mental, emotional and physical wellbeing. In case of any doubt, you should consult with your physician or mental health specialist.
Age Requirement
This offering is for adults 18 and over.
Confidentiality
What you share in your session stays between you and your coach.
Recording
Sessions aren’t recorded unless we’ve agreed to it with you in advance.
Technology & Connectivity
You’re responsible for having a working device, camera, and internet connection. We’re not able to offer refunds for issues on your end of the call, or for third party platforms such as Calendly, Zoom or Stripe, though we’ll always try to reschedule if something genuinely goes wrong.
Feedback & Testimonials
We may ask for your feedback after your session. With your permission, we may share anonymised quotes or reflections for marketing purposes.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any issue relating to your session is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Your Data
Information you provide when booking is used only to deliver and follow up on your session, in line with our Privacy Policy on the Tula Vida website.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the version in place at the time of your booking applies to your session.
Questions or Disputes
If anything about your booking or charge doesn’t seem right, please reach out to us directly first — we’d rather sort it out with you than have you go through your bank.
Coaching provided by Dandelion Life Limited, a company registered in the UK. The laws of the UK apply to this arrangement.
